Our Solutions for Dog Training
Our programs are rooted in building social-emotional intelligence. Patience, emotional regulation, impulse-control, and social awareness are precursors to learning, connecting, communicating, and cooperating. One-on-one sessions, Day Camp, and Board & Train are the three main ways OK9 delivers the knowledge, skills, and understanding you and your dog need to have a more trusting, respectful, and loving relationship.
One-on-One Training Sessions
We offer personalized services with professional dog trainers to address each client's unique needs. Typically within 1-3 sessions*, our clients have learned the foundational principles they need to implement whatever training and communication strategies they prefer. By working closely with dogs and their guardians, our tailored approach ensures enjoyable, results-driven, process-focused training for both our canine friends and their guardians. (*Dogs with more intense social-emotional issues typically require more training sessions)
DOGGY DaY CAMP
We provide a supervised service for dogs to exercise, play, and socialize with their peers during the day. Under the watchful eyes of our experienced staff, canines enjoy a safe and engaging environment, ensuring both physical activity and social enrichment, promoting social-emotional intelligence, overall well-being, and happiness.
Board & Train
OK9 offers kennel-free boarding in a home environment and personalized training. We are not a typical Board & Train program. We focus primarily on social-emotional growth that lays the foundation for deeper connection, communication and cooperation between you and your dog. Your dog will eat, sleep, play, walk, adventure, cooperate, and explore with a group of dogs, developing more of a "we" mind-set over a "me" mind-set.
